I've been waiting for an hour to pick up my prescription. It's a bit frustrating when they tell you to come back in 5 minutes, but that's just not possible. Apparently, there's a shortage of staff, and usually, there's only one pharmacist working, so you can't really cut down the wait time. The store isn't even that busy, so it seems like they just don't have enough well-trained staff. The turnover rate is quite high, so even though the locals used to know the staff, it's constantly changing. It's not a personal issue, they're not slacking off, but there's definitely a problem somewhere. And how does a big company like Boots manage to run out of stock? Could it be because of Brexit?

Doesn't pay taxes in the UK.
The staff is quite helpful, but they always seem to struggle to fulfill a prescription without some sort of delay, reorder, or other complication.
They still manage to avoid paying UK taxes despite generating significant revenue from our National Health Service.

I had a rather unpleasant experience at this beauty supply store. I submitted my prescription at 1.15pm and was instructed to return in 10 minutes to collect it. However, upon my return, I was informed that prescriptions are not processed between 1pm and 2pm, and I would need to wait an additional half hour. It would have been much appreciated if this policy had been explained to me from the beginning or if I had received an apology for the inconvenience caused.
Carolyn Kim (30/05/2025, 15:03):
The staff at the pharmacy were extremely unhelpful, I must say.
Billy Ramos (30/05/2025, 12:12):
Boots is always top-notch, providing exceptional service to the community.
Richard Wright (28/05/2025, 14:30):
I am truly appreciative of the staff members who stayed after hours yesterday to help me out as I was running behind schedule. Thank you once again, it was greatly valued.
Roger Gonzales (24/05/2025, 19:50):
I received some rather unhelpful advice, as the questions I had were not answered correctly. Also, I was charged for a cream that should have been complimentary. The service was simply dreadful.
Lawrence Stewart (24/05/2025, 06:01):
This store is brilliant and the pharmacist is lovely. They have a fantastic range of products.
