Awful service and lack of attention to detail.
I was informed it would only take 5 minutes to get my prescription, but after waiting for 25 minutes and seeing others who arrived after me receive their prescriptions first, I inquired about the status only to be told it had already been checked. Later I discovered it had actually been forgotten and left on the counter.
When I finally received the prescription, there was no apology, no empathy, no remorse.
While I understand they may be busy and errors can occur, the standard of customer service definitely requires enhancement.

I must say, one star simply won't do justice. Over the years, the staff has been quite unhelpful, excruciatingly slow at everything, easily distracted, seemingly clueless on the current offers and prices (when they eventually look them up), and most significantly, incredibly RUDE when faced with any inquiries.
The pharmacists appear to be trying to look busy while the counter staff is mysteriously absent.
It has been six long years since my prescription last graced their establishment, and it's safe to say it won't be returning anytime soon. My advice? Steer clear!

A very friendly and helpful pharmacist named Essam. Even though the pharmacy was really busy, he stayed calm and efficient, working quickly to help everyone in a timely manner. I'll definitely be using this pharmacy regularly now.

I must say, I was absolutely appalled by the customer service at this beauty supply store. The staff seemed to be more focused on chatting, stocking shelves with prescription medication, or glued to their laptops rather than helping customers who were right in front of them. Thankfully, there are two other reputable beauty supply stores nearby, and I will certainly never be returning to this particular one again. Thank goodness for other options!

I've been waiting for an hour to pick up my prescription. It's a bit frustrating when they tell you to come back in 5 minutes, but that's just not possible. Apparently, there's a shortage of staff, and usually, there's only one pharmacist working, so you can't really cut down the wait time. The store isn't even that busy, so it seems like they just don't have enough well-trained staff. The turnover rate is quite high, so even though the locals used to know the staff, it's constantly changing. It's not a personal issue, they're not slacking off, but there's definitely a problem somewhere. And how does a big company like Boots manage to run out of stock? Could it be because of Brexit?

Doesn't pay taxes in the UK.
The staff is quite helpful, but they always seem to struggle to fulfill a prescription without some sort of delay, reorder, or other complication.
They still manage to avoid paying UK taxes despite generating significant revenue from our National Health Service.
