Took my niece to this fabulous boutique for her prom gown and I must say, I couldn't praise the shop more. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The range of dresses was simply amazing and the prices were very reasonable. A visit here is definitely a must for anyone looking for prom or formal attire.

I feel like there wasn't a wide enough range of mother of the bride outfits available during my visit. It seemed like I picked the wrong time to stop by, as there were just too many prom dresses taking up space.

My daughter had a fitting scheduled today for her prom gown. It's a really special occasion in a teenager's life. She had spotted a dress online and decided to try out a few others too. There were about 5 or 6 dresses for her to try on. Since these were sample dresses, they didn't fit perfectly, but on three separate occasions, I inquired about the sizing to the staff and each time was assured, "Please don't worry, we'll measure you and order your correct size."
Eventually, my daughter settled on a stunning yellow prom dress. We were then directed to another section of the boutique where another lady took my daughter's measurements. During this process, they completed the order form, noting down the dress details and measurements.
I was informed that a deposit of £275, half the price of the dress, was required. This was paid by card, and we were provided with the order form and receipt. When I asked about the dress's readiness, the lady started scrolling on her phone, paused, and then announced, "Your daughter's measurements are too big, we can't get this dress." I turned to look at my daughter, whose eyes were welling up at this point. I instructed her to wait in the car.
I confronted the "owner" about the impact this had on my daughter's confidence. Never during the fitting were we informed that this dress or any others would be unavailable. THEY KNEW MY DAUGHTER'S SIZE but still allowed her to experience such humiliation. The owner's demeanor was disgraceful, displaying a clear lack of concern for the situation that had just unfolded.
She casually asked, "Do you want me to talk to her?" to which I promptly declined. Her insensitivity astounded me. I then requested a refund of the deposit, to which she grumbled, "Oh, I need to find my code to process the refund." She added, "I need to ensure I mark on them they don't go bigger!!"
My daughter is devastated, and her entire experience has been tarnished. This individual displays no empathy; all she appears to care about is profit and pushing customers through her shop. If you are above a size 16, please be cautious as you might face humiliation. Thanks to "DejaElite," my daughter no longer wishes to attend her prom!!! Insensitive, impolite, and lacking professionalism.

Outstanding experience at Deja Elite Boutique. Brought my sister along yesterday to find a prom gown, and the whole team was fabulous. Even when things got a tad overwhelming, the staff were incredibly understanding. The dress selection is superb, with items neatly categorized by style and color, making it a breeze to browse through. My sister left feeling amazing, thrilled to have discovered her dream prom dress, feeling confident about her silhouette thanks to the wonderful support, and reassured throughout what, although exciting, was still quite a daunting process for her. Many thanks for all your assistance, encouragement, and guidance in finding the perfect dress and helping my sister feel so much better every step of the way. We were fortunate that her ideal dress was in stock in her size, allowing us to bring it home the very same day rather than having to order it, which was even better. It's reassuring to know that they won't sell the same dress to another attendee at the same prom. Thanks once more, highly recommended!

If I could award this boutique 10 stars, I definitely would. I had my heart set on a Kevan Jon dress and despite being told by another shop that it wouldn't suit me, I was determined to try it on. I called the store on a Sunday morning to check if I needed an appointment, and the lady on the phone was absolutely lovely. She assured me I could just walk in. Despite the hour and a half drive, I made my way there and as soon as I stepped in, I was greeted by the same charming lady from the phone call. She went above and beyond to assist me. When I tried on the dress, it was a perfect fit, and she even suggested I go down a size! The store was beautifully laid out and not crowded at all. My husband has jokingly promised to take me back! Thanks for all your help, ladies.
