The Mercedes M Class. Andrew was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I reside nearly 400 miles away from their showroom, so he provided a precise and honest description of the car, along with sending me videos. This gave me the assurance to embark on the journey by train. Upon my arrival at the station, he kindly collected me, and to my delight, the car matched the description perfectly. I was introduced to Applecross Motor Company by a mate of mine 3 years back, and ever since, they've become my top choice for servicing both my Discovery and my missus's Evoque. Their customer service is absolutely top-notch, and I genuinely can't praise them enough.
So why am I sharing this review now? Well, just last week, I unknowingly wore my rear brake pads down to the metal. I needed my car for work, and even though their diary was fully booked, they squeezed me in knowing the predicament I was in. Their customer service is exceptional, and the pricing is great too.
If you own a Land Rover or a Range Rover (or any other vehicle for that matter), you really should give these chaps a try. Huge thanks once again to Applecross - you guys truly set the bar high in this industry.

The greatest car dealership in the area, I must say.
Recently stopped by to have a look at a VW Touareg as we were in need of a larger vehicle, and I must admit I was thoroughly impressed. The car was in pristine condition. The salesman was incredibly friendly and helpful. This has been the most exceptional experience and service I have received from any dealership. There was no sales pressure at all, and they were very accommodating. When I picked up the car, it was spotless, the brakes had been serviced, and all the tires were brand new. Absolutely outstanding, I can't imagine going anywhere else in the future – this is now my go-to place. An excellent dealership, indeed.

I just can't sing the praises of this dealership enough, I tell ya. I popped over all the way from N.Ireland to swap my car for a BMW X5. Most of the haggling was done over the phone and through email. Jon was absolutely top-notch in making the whole thing as smooth as can be.

He followed up as promised and even went out of his way to pick me up from the airport.
