What a fantastic Highlander store with four floors! From kilts to exquisite silver goblets and whiskey glasses, there's a wide array of items to browse through. However, it's worth noting that the majority of products here tend to be on the pricier side.

I ordered a kilt for our wedding this July, and when a family member popped into the store to order their matching outfit, they were informed that the kilt had been discontinued. The lack of customer service has left us quite frustrated. I shudder to think what would have happened if we had gone to pick up the kilt the day before the wedding, only to find out it was no longer available. I would recommend steering clear of this store at all costs.

Absolutely splendid service from every member of the staff I encountered. The zoom measuring feature made it a breeze to rent items since we don't reside close by. The package arrived via courier well in advance of the wedding, allowing us to try everything on beforehand. A quick phone call and the return process was taken care of the same day. The quality of the items was top-notch, and the team provided ample advice. We even purchased some items from the retail team, who were incredibly helpful, offering good value and reassurance. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.
