I experienced top-notch customer service from Craig, the manager who went out of his way to assist me with a question I had about some products, and Lottie who was so friendly and helpful when I needed to return an item. Crikey, mate! This Primark is an absolute whopper! It's got three floors chock-full of stock, and everything was spick and span when we popped in. It was exactly what you'd expect from a Primark experience. The staff were clearly run off their feet, cleaning up, organizing, and offering assistance to customers.
Sadly, when we visited, the customer lifts were on the blink, which caused a bit of bother for my family member with a pram who needed to get to the baby section. But, thankfully, the staff were quick on their feet and found a workaround that allowed access. Cheers to them for sorting us out!

It's Primark, innit!!! It can be a bit hit or miss, ya know. You gotta have a good rummage around to find what you're after, and the sizes can be a bit dodgy at times. The queues at the tills can be an absolute nightmare, mate. But, if you're lucky, you can stumble upon a proper bargain. It looks like they're stepping up their game with the fast fashion stuff. I've noticed the prices have gone up though. The staff don't really seem to pay much attention to ya. And don't even get me started on how none of the stuff from their Instagram page is ever in the bloomin' store!

There are too many plastic decorations that serve no purpose, and the store lacks useful household items. It was much better a few years ago. I've been there twice this year and didn't buy anything.

I popped into Primark on Union Street for the first time on August 3rd, 2022. It was a grand and fully stocked shop, and I was quite taken with Primark's newest styles. I didn't make a purchase on this occasion as I was pressed for time during my week-long getaway in Aberdeen and had concerns about sizing. I reckon I'll likely swing by again, perhaps at the Braehead location.

It's all right. They've got a sizeable range of affordable clothing. Only store in Aberdeen where I managed to track down Polo Neck Sweaters, so I'm quite pleased with that. Would definitely recommend.

I had the displeasure of visiting this clothing store and encountered some issues due to one escalator and lift being out of service. While I understand that these things happen, the directions provided for the staircase leading to level 0 were incredibly unclear (and I wasn't the only one who was confused). As a result, the only option to go up was through the overcrowded lift, making it feel like navigating a maze. Overall, it was a truly dreadful experience.

Quite disappointing to see how many folks were either not wearing their masks properly or taking them off altogether while browsing in the store, and I didn't notice any staff members addressing this issue. Additionally, I observed that the handrails on the escalators, two of which were out of order, and the stairs, which are undoubtedly the most frequently touched surfaces in the store, were not being cleaned regularly. The selection of boys' pajamas was quite limited as well - I only had a choice between two twin packs, one of which I already owned.
