I absolutely adored when it was known as Jenners. The inventory is packed a bit too tightly among other departments, creating a cluttered feel that didn't quite resonate with me. It's such a shame that I didn't come across much staff available to assist during my visit.

I must say, I am rather disappointed with the recent changes at the clothing store. As a local resident, I used to frequent the shop quite often, and I must say it has taken on more of a sports shop vibe now. It's a far cry from the charming store it once was. ☹

Always the same old stock, especially for the ladies. The staff are always chatting among themselves when you're at the checkout, supposed to be helping you. I've worked in retail for years, and I find this very disrespectful to paying customers.

It has gone downhill since the days of Jenners, a real deal indeed. Now it's just Sports Direct, present in any rundown area in every town. A shame to see the ruin of such a great store.

We frequently pop by the Lomond Shores shopping mall, as it's a beloved spot for us. However, I can't help but notice that the shops seem to be slowing down. Jenner's is looking quite sparse these days, and some of the outdoor clothing stores have a fantastic selection that we often browse through and find hidden gems. The scenery is stunning, especially when enjoying a cup of coffee by the Loch. I wonder what could be happening there?
