Great spot for piercing accessories, but their clothing selection is limited to 'One size fits all' - not ideal for anyone size 14 or larger. I was eyeing two flowy tops with bell sleeves, but alas, they just wouldn't accommodate my chest area.

I must say, I adore this shop. It's not often that I have any complaints about it, so this was a first for me. It was almost closing time, about 50 minutes before they closed, and I thought I'd have a little browse. As I was admiring the earrings displayed next to the till, I noticed a lady vacuuming nearby. I made sure to stay out of her way, but to my surprise, she passed by my feet not once, but twice, without even saying "excuse me." I understand people want to finish up and head home, but even so, at 50 minutes before closing, it felt a little rude to be pushing a vacuum cleaner right in front of me while I was trying to look at something against the wall.

This store is absolutely brilliant! I had a fantastic first experience shopping for 'gothic' clothing here. The variety of styles and options available is amazing. I was suggested to visit this place to find a replacement earring for my first piercing. I asked for advice on which ring to choose, bought it, and then tried it on in the store. I quickly realized that the hoop was too small before even attempting to put it in. When I asked if I could exchange it for a larger hoop, I was informed that changes couldn't be made after the purchase. It was disappointing to receive the wrong size recommendation and not being able to rectify it after the purchase. I had hoped for a better experience with my first piercing purchase instead of feeling taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge on sizing. Despite liking their products, I won't be returning due to the way I was treated.
