I am absolutely seething, I reckon it was the store manager who had the most dreadful attitude towards me and other customers, as well as a staff member. I shan't be returning to this store. She shouldn't be interacting with the public with such a sour demeanor.

Seldom do they have the items you actually need in stock, and some of the employees could benefit from a refresher on customer service as they come off a bit know-it-all. I could provide examples, but let's not dwell on that. Just be sure to brush up on your TV knowledge before making a purchase, as returning it is likely to be a no-go.
