Fantastic spot for shopping with a wide variety of choices for just about everything. Top-notch experience!
Raymond Gomez (31/05/2025, 00:11):
The store is tidy and fully stocked, but beware, there's a time limit in the car park. Arrive even a minute late, and you'll be slapped with a fine.
Christina Henderson (30/05/2025, 01:59):
The selection of gardening equipment is alright, but the plants seem to suffer from lack of proper watering and sunlight since they're under the roof. It's a bit annoying having to walk all the way around the store just to reach the gardening section at the back.
Harold Henderson (26/05/2025, 15:39):
This store is simply brilliant, with a wide range of lovely items. I thoroughly enjoy shopping here, and the staff is so friendly. The prices are quite good as well. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great deals. Cheers!
Kathryn Young (24/05/2025, 20:23):
Discount store? What discount store?! I couldn't find any decent deals at my nearby market and hardly any practical home goods or appliances. The actual discount store section was filled with random items like bathroom cabinets and strange storage solutions... what a waste of time. Plus, it's nearly impossible to leave without getting stuck behind another customer in the checkout line if you're not making a purchase.
Steven Russell (23/05/2025, 15:01):
This store is brilliant, but I do find it a bit odd that they don't allow you to check stock or reserve items over the phone. It's fine if you have a store nearby, but it's not very convenient for travelers, you know?
Olivia Walker (23/05/2025, 02:11):
After waiting for a good 30 minutes in line, which I understand is necessary due to covid safety measures, I was quite disappointed to find that the garden center was closed during regular business hours. The stock was also not up to par as a colleague had informed me that they were out of certain products I was looking for. This experience left me feeling let down, which is why I have given this Bathgate store only 2 stars.
Brandon Sanders (22/05/2025, 15:16):
I always manage to find whatever I need, and if not, they are so helpful in there. The prices are great for most things.
Adam Myers (22/05/2025, 00:24):
What I found rather disappointing was the checkout experience during my recent visit. I patiently waited in line and observed as another checkout opened beside mine. However, instead of efficiently managing the situation, the staff did not direct the front customers to the newly opened checkout. After waiting for an additional 10 minutes at my original checkout, I was then asked to shift to the next one. To my dismay, after serving just two customers, the operator abruptly left for another checkout, leaving me and other patrons waiting once more. While I understand the holiday rush, the team at your Bathgate branch seemed lacking in operational skills and customer service proficiency.
Joan Ford (20/05/2025, 23:29):
Some proper bargains on items the wee ones adore, like the toys they score from this place.
