Aldi was as good as ever, but the placement of its sign on the main road is a bit off. Depending on which way you're coming from, you could easily drive right past the turn before you even see the sign. It would make more sense to have the sign at the entrance of the access road instead.

The Aldi store is quite small, it could do with a larger space. I would definitely frequent it more often if it had a bigger store and a larger parking lot is definitely needed.

Great selection of groceries and very helpful staff. Had a little hiccup in the car park when a customer wasn't too thrilled about me parking my motorhome, but overall a positive experience.

Great prices for good food. The car park is convenient, the entrance is wheelchair accessible and there's a toilet that's easy to reach. The staff are really helpful and there are always enough checkouts open so you don't have to wait in line. This is our go-to grocery store and I always make sure to browse the center aisle for tools and great deals.

They no longer carry the ice lollies I fancy after the refurbishment and there hasn't been much improvement overall!

Massive lines, staff with a bit of an attitude rushing you through the checkout before you even have a chance to catch your breath! I'll be loyal to Asda Dumbarton, fantastic deals and employees who genuinely care about your shopping experience.

I haven't visited in a couple of years, and it's still dreadful. Recently purchased a pack of 4 rump steaks, but it was more gristle than meat, and didn't even taste like rump steaks. Definitely won't be returning.

I recently popped into an Aldi store in Westerhope near Newcastle Upon Tyne and, for the bargain price of £14, I snagged a bottle of their London Dry Gin which boasted about winning awards. I brought it back to Scotland and, let me tell you, it was absolutely delightful. So, of course, I had to check out the Aldi store in Scotland too. The gin was priced at £18 there (thanks, Scottish minimum pricing, not Aldi's fault), but I still managed to get four 1-litre bottles, saving a whopping £16 compared to Gordon's. And let me tell you, it tastes far superior too.

Aside from the gin, I also managed to grab some books, clothes, and toys for my grandson, along with loads of other bits and bobs. I reckon I saved over £100 in total, and everything was top-notch quality. I can't help but love Aldi!

Lovely store, always fully stocked and bustling with shoppers. The staff is very friendly. However, the process of unloading your items from the cart, paying for them, reloading them back into the cart, and then bagging them up can be quite annoying!
