During a highly exciting moment in our lives, as we celebrated our engagement in our mid-sixties, the Blair & Sheridan experience was absolutely marvelous! I had my heart set on an emerald-cut diamond solitaire ring, and Douglas created a design that was simply exquisite. We made three visits to the jeweler's shop; our first visit was to introduce ourselves and for Douglas to showcase what he could do. During the second visit, he presented me with a CAD 3D model of the ring to try on. Finally, on our third visit (which happened to fall on my birthday), the ring was beautifully boxed and ready to be worn! We were beyond thrilled with the final result! We wholeheartedly recommend Blair and Sheridan. Every person we encountered was warm and made us feel truly special.

At first, we spent well over half an hour chatting about every single aspect and nuance of my vision. They really listened, made sketches, made adjustments, and got my approval. Even though my request wasn't too high-end, the way they dedicated themselves to ensuring I was completely satisfied made me realize their deep commitment to customer happiness.
When the pendant was ready, I scheduled a visit to collect it, and it was exactly what I had in mind. The piece I had imagined was beautifully and flawlessly crafted.
