My brother and nephew popped in today for their kilt fitting, and what a wonderful experience it was, I must say! My little niece was quite curious as to why her dad was getting all the fun trying on kilts, and she felt a bit left out. But the lovely lady who was helping them decided to let my niece try on a kilt too, just to make her feel included. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and we really appreciated it. Thank you ever so much for the excellent service - can't wait for our next visit for the final fitting! :)

Outstanding customer service as usual from the team at MacGregor MacDuff. I had a last-minute request at 1 pm yesterday at the Bath Street Glasgow store to be fitted for a kilt jacket outfit. The next day, I picked it up at the Prestwick store. The guidance and level of care provided by the staff were top-notch. I highly recommend their hire and fitting service.

I popped into the kilt shop to have a gander at the ex-hire kilts. I must say, I was chuffed with the staff and the service – top-notch, they were. The selection was spot-on, and after they took my measurements, they had a couple of cracking choices brought down from Glasgow the next day for me to try on. And would you believe it, this was the day before the wedding I was off to! They sorted me out with all the gear I needed. Cheers to them!

From start tae finish, the service we received fae the Prestwick branch, was superb. A mention must be given tae Erin, who was thoroughly professional, helpful and cheerful throughout.

We purchased a full highland dress, as well as a single kilt. We were thoroughly pleased wi' the high quality and fit.
