I passed my CBT today! A huge shoutout to Rob, he's an incredible instructor who's super approachable and really puts you at ease. He took the time to ensure I felt comfortable with all aspects of the training, even though I had absolutely no experience - and I passed on my first try! Many thanks, Stephen :)
Edit: I've now also passed my mod 1 and mod 2 with Cameron's just over a month later. I had a fantastic experience with all the instructors who really know how to teach you effectively and safely. Cheers!

I thoroughly enjoyed my CBT training at Cameron Motorcycles. It struck the perfect balance between theoretical instruction and hands-on practice.

The practical session was equally impressive. Our instructor, David, adeptly guided me and two other riders, each with our own unique skills and challenges. By the end of our road experience, we all successfully completed the training!

I was chuffed to bits when I managed to snag a last-minute spot for a CBT the very next day after inquiring. The instructor, Rob, was top-notch - put us at ease right off the bat. He's dead friendly and approachable, and explains everything in clear detail. The weather was playing up a bit that day, but ah well, that's Scotland for you 🤷🏻♀️. It's a bit of a half-full situation now, as I now know I can handle wet roads if I get caught in a downpour and need to ride home.
I'd definitely pop back for my full license training if they weren't so far from my neck of the woods! Damn shame, that. But I'd absolutely recommend the school to anyone just starting out! The shop looked like it had a good selection of gear too!

I recently completed my CBT with Camerons and had Rob as my instructor. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Rob was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and though it was a long day of training, I felt fully prepared to hit the road afterwards.

What a smashing experience, I must say! A solid 10/10 instructor, that Rob chap. His knowledge of all things motorcycle-related is top-notch, and it's crystal clear that he's genuinely invested in ensuring not only a proper CBT course delivery but also the utmost safety for all participants. He laid out exactly what to anticipate, and let me tell you, the standards here are truly top-notch compared to other outfits. This was evident in the gear provided, especially during the on-road portion.
Furthermore, they were ever so helpful in assisting with checking out potential motorbikes, and overall, the whole team exudes a friendly and passionate vibe towards their craft.
All in all, a jolly good time and a crackin' experience. I wouldn't hesitate one bit to return for more training and advice. Cheers!

On Wednesday, the 18th, I finished my CBT with Cameron Motorcycles. My instructor was Rob and from the get-go, he was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and had a great sense of humor. He made the entire day a truly enjoyable learning journey for me. I am thrilled to have obtained my CBT and am now ready to take on the road, all thanks to Rob.
However, I must say, it's unfortunate about the dead puppies comment. 😂😂😂

I just wanted to give a massive shout-out to Cameron Motorcycles for being absolutely brilliant during my Mod 1 and 2 training. They were incredibly patient with me throughout the whole process, and I couldn't have asked for better instructors.
Calum was my instructor for Mod 1, and he made the experience so much fun. We had a lot of laughs, especially during the emergency stop practice. Then, when it came to road riding through Stirling for Mod 2, I had the pleasure of learning from Rosie, Ann, and Mike. They were all top-notch, always up for a chat, and incredibly supportive.
It was such a fantastic experience, and I'm so thankful to the team at Cameron Motorcycles. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking motorcycle training.

Just got me bike test done with Cameron Motorcycles, I did. 2 and a half months from CBT to full A license, it was. Working with all the staff was brilliant, they did. They let you know everything you need to and every lesson was cheerful and enjoyable, it was. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering bikes, I would. I gotta say, I aced my cbt today thanks to the top-notch guidance from Rob. Never ridden a bike on the road before, but got over 30 years of car driving under my belt. Surprisingly, it was a blast (despite my nerves acting up), and I even struck up a friendship with Graeme and Tommy, my fellow cbt learners. They were super supportive and patient with me throughout. Can't speak highly enough of these lads. After a long day, I sought some tips and got some straight-up constructive feedback that I'll work on before heading back for more lessons and, hopefully, passing my mods (once I nail down my clutch control) lol!
