I've been getting different parts from BikeSpeed for a while now without realizing they were just a 30-minute ride from my place. Upon discovering they also have a workshop, I decided to bring in my Aprilia Falco, and let me tell you, it's top-notch! They fitted new tires, a new chain, smaller sprockets (one tooth less in the front), completed a full service including oil change, filter replacement, and air filter change, installed new fork seals, and conducted a thorough safety inspection. Chrichton Campbell truly has a passion for bikes, and that's the kind of person you want tinkering with your motorcycle. Deceitful vendor with scant regard for customer satisfaction
Towards the close of September, I made a purchase of a set of brake pads for my motorcycle from their website. The item in question was listed as follows: "SBS Sintered Brake Pad Full Front Set - 704HS & 705HS" at a price of £29.98.
Being swayed by the description, and enticed by the seemingly favorable price for a full front set comprising of 704HS & 705HS (both left and right pair), I proceeded to order 2 front sets (one as a spare for future use) along with a pair of rear pads, labeled as "SBS Rear Sintered Brake Pads - 657LS". Upon reaching the payment stage and tallying with the quantities in my cart, the order summary displayed the following:
- 2 x SBS Sintered Brake Pad Full Front Set - 704HS & 705HS = £59.96;
- 1 x SBS Rear Sintered Brake Pads - 657LS = £19.00;
- Shipping Charge = £17.95;
TOTAL = £96.91
The initial issues arose post-purchase: absence of email confirmation or any acknowledgment of the order in the user-specific web pages; it appeared as if the order had vanished, despite the collection of the paid amount. Multiple attempts to secure order confirmation and later, a tracking number for shipment monitoring went unanswered by the seller.

And let me tell ya, the quote they gave me for them tyres was the cheapest I could find 'round these parts.
