Outstanding service and top-notch running shoes! I was in the market for a new pair of running shoes as I'm considering getting back into running a bit (mostly 5k or 10k). I do a lot of cycling, but I wanted to add some more running to my routine. Stef, who assisted me, was fantastic! I tried on several different pairs and ultimately decided on a pair of very comfortable and stylish Brooks shoes (my previous ones were Brooks as well), which happened to be on sale – perfect! The customer service was exceptional - very friendly and helpful! I might even join the Wednesday evening runs soon. : )

I popped in as we were passing through because I've recently been struggling with Plantar Fasciitis. The staff who helped us were extremely knowledgeable about the condition and provided excellent advice. They conducted a gait analysis for me and recommended suitable footwear. I didn't feel any pressure or like I was being fed a sales pitch. Having worked in retail before, I can usually spot it from a mile away. I've had a few chats with Katie and Stef over the phone, all the way from the East End of London, about running gear, and let me tell you, their knowledge is impressive. The service they provide is truly unmatched. Recently, there was a little mix-up with my order being sent to the wrong address. Upon entering as a running novice, I was greeted by a gentleman whose name escapes me, yet his kindness left a lasting impression. He not only recommended a helpful app to kickstart my running journey but also educated me extensively on various shoe features such as the overall shape and heel drop. After assessing my gait, he guided me through trying on several shoe brands and even demonstrated the heel lock lacing technique on the pair I eventually purchased.
Despite having petite feet (size 6), I typically resort to women's shoes due to the scarcity of men's shoes in my size. However, upon sharing this predicament, he remained unperturbed and presented me with a range of men's shoes that perfectly accommodated my feet.
