I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Gill at the Braehead store. Her customer service was top-notch and she was ever so polite. My grandma and I popped into the store hoping for a refund since we couldn't find the right size top. But thanks to Gill, she located the perfect size for us, and we left feeling extremely happy with our shopping experience!

I popped into the store yesterday to grab a few bits and bobs, and received assistance from a delightful young chap. He assisted me in selecting the right sizes for my lad and pointed out the current popular styles, as well as those that are a bit passé. He was quite the conversationalist, exuding politeness and proving to be most helpful. I will certainly return for another visit, though it's a shame I didn't catch his name!

Stopped by the Braehead store the other day to pick up some new trainers.
They had a massive selection, and I found the perfect pair pretty much straight away.
A lovely young lady helped me out, although I forgot to catch her name. She was super efficient, friendly, and really knew her stuff. Thanks to her and the rest of the team's professionalism, I managed to try on a few options and make my purchase in no time at all.
The range of products and the staff's performance were seriously impressive.
I'd definitely suggest giving them a visit.

The service at this shoe store is absolutely appalling. The staff seem to be completely disinterested in helping customers, as they roam around the shop avoiding eye contact and having personal conversations. I witnessed a young girl left alone at the checkout while the queue continued to grow longer than the checkout tape itself. Despite several staff members being behind the counter, they all seemed to avoid assisting customers. It's baffling to see that out of 6 available points of sale, only one was functioning, leading to customers waiting for more than 10 minutes just to make a purchase. In such a challenging economic climate, it's astonishing that stores like this expect to thrive when customers are left waiting longer than it takes to write a review.

I always find myself splurging way too much in this place, but honestly, it's always a great time!

The only downside is the poor phone reception at the back of the store where the tills are located, and you need internet access to use the Footasylum app.

The prices were a bit steep and the store was rather small, not leaving much room to navigate with the stroller. Surprisingly, no staff member approached us to offer assistance, even though the shop wasn't crowded. As a result, we ended up leaving without making any purchases.

I would advise against purchasing any of their CREP products that they aggressively promote while you're buying shoes unless you are absolutely certain you want them, as all items from the CREP line are NON-RETURNABLE! It seems they conveniently omit this crucial information when pushing these products on customers. I was convinced to buy the CREP guards, only to discover they are uncomfortable and ineffective. When I requested the CREP foam cleaner, the salesperson handed me the wrong bottle - the CREP rain and stain guard, which I already had at home. Upon trying to return the CREP guard and exchange the rain and stain guard for the foam cleaner, I was informed that none of the CREP items can be returned or exchanged, not even for a different product within the same line! How is this acceptable?! Now I'm stuck with £25 worth of unwanted items, and they failed to disclose any of this when pressuring me to purchase these subpar products alongside my shoes! I have lodged a complaint with their head office, and I am eager to see their response. They should not be pushing these ineffective CREP guards that cause discomfort without disclosing their strict no-return policy. I won't be revisiting this store.

Not impressed at all, can't even get what I requested. The folks in this store are so rude, I asked for a different shoe size and they handed me something completely off. Utterly disrespectful, the staff here are truly unpleasant individuals who seriously need to sort themselves out.
