Oh, how terribly awkward, but I simply must express my deepest gratitude to the staff at the cafe. Here I am, seated in the cafe, shedding tears after a dreadful night. Besides whisking me away from this place via teleportation, acquiring that latte for me was truly the most wonderful and kindest gesture anyone has ever bestowed upon me. My heartfelt thanks for the compassion extended to a veteran who is desperately in need of solace.
Megan Lewis (04/06/2025, 14:32):
Fresh vegetables can be a bit tough to find at Sainsbury's, but overall it's not too bad.

Revised review: January 23, 2023.
The staff was quite impolite. They mistakenly accused me of damaging the cosmetics product. Do they not realize that there are testers available? I recommend checking your products before purchasing here, as some may be missing items like eyebrow brushes, lack wax products inside, or have broken seals and damaged boxes. To be honest, I would suggest shopping elsewhere.

The usual top-notch quality and service!

This massive supermarket, featuring an Argos outpost, boasts a generous selection of clothing, household essentials, and groceries. With wheelchair accessibility as a priority, it caters to a wide range of customers. The amicable and proactive staff further enhance the shopping experience.
Karen Roberts (30/05/2025, 10:42):
I popped down to my local supermarket and was quite let down by their Christmas decorations made of cardboard. They were rather lackluster and lacked any festive spirit. This seemed to rub off on the staff as well.

Margaret at the self-checkout with baskets on 3/1/25 at 12.20pm in the Darnley store. She noticed me waiting for authorization but blatantly disregarded me as she engaged in a chat with her colleague over by the trolley area. She then confronted me when I questioned the reason for the delay. Such delightful staff you have there, Sainsbury’s!
Steven Jenkins (28/05/2025, 22:19):
I had a rather unpleasant experience at the petrol station in Darnley, Glasgow. My friends and I arrived ten minutes before 10:00 pm, hoping to fill up our tanks. However, despite being there on time, the staff refused to serve us, citing that they were closed. We even have video and picture evidence showing the time we arrived. The lady working the night shift on the 25th of March, 2024, displayed a complete lack of manners. Sainsbury's management really ought to provide better training for their staff before assigning them to such a busy petrol station. As regular customers who spend thousands on fuel and groceries at Sainsbury's, this experience was quite disappointing.
Jeremy Kim (28/05/2025, 15:27):
Quite handy for me. The selection of foods is good, but I am starting to notice that the prices are steadily increasing on a weekly basis.
Nathan Sanchez (27/05/2025, 13:51):
Dear Sainsbury, I highly recommend stocking up on fresh flowers 💐 and plant pots 🪴. Aside from that, the store is consistently clean, well-stocked, and never too crowded. Cheers!
Rose Morris (26/05/2025, 23:34):
What a magnificent big supermarket! The staff is truly outstanding, the products are top-notch, and they have an excellent variety. If they happen to be out of stock on something, the staff is always on hand to assist. The parking lot is spacious and they even have charging stations for electric cars. You can also find a travel money counter to the right as you enter the store. There's a lovely lass with dark hair working behind the desk. Brilliant experience overall!
Andrew Parker (22/05/2025, 10:28):
This enormous supermarket boasts a wide array of products and fantastic deals.
Dennis Torres (21/05/2025, 00:25):
Fantastic selection of products, especially in the non-food section. The aisles are incredibly spacious and simple to navigate. My only gripe would be the pricing of certain items, as well as the need for more staff at the checkouts. Cheers!
Juan Kim (19/05/2025, 14:33):
I must say, this supermarket is quite decent in size.
Deborah Cooper (19/05/2025, 07:20):
Ah, splendid! Quite the delightful experience, I must say.
Deborah Gutierrez (19/05/2025, 06:38):
I must say, I have had a rather unpleasant experience at the store recently. The employees seem to be quite impolite, questioning my age despite having presented them with my ID and other forms of proof, not to mention my child as further evidence. It is rather vexing to be treated in such a disrespectful manner whilst simply trying to complete my household shopping. Their justification seems to revolve around my change in appearance, particularly my hair length not matching that of my ID from two years ago. How absurd! I understand that I may appear youthful, but there is no need for constant pestering and disrespect. It reached a point where even an elderly lady refused to accept my valid ID until I firmly defended my position. If my identification states that I am 18, then I am indeed 18; there should be no room for debate simply based on my youthful looks. I urge the management to instill a culture of respect among their staff and refrain from being discourteous towards young customers. Sadly, this predicament also extends to my girlfriend, who faces similar treatment even when we are accompanied by our child.
