This massive supermarket offers a fantastic array of groceries and household goods spread across two floors. The ample car park, complete with sought-after spots, is a plus. Impeccably clean and meticulously maintained, it sits conveniently next to the M77 highway.
Justin Patterson (18/07/2025, 17:21):
An absolute disaster. I ventured to the store only to find that the item we were seeking was not in stock, despite being listed as available. So, I decided to order it for click and collect. However, the service halts at 4pm, and by the time I managed to locate an attendant, the item had sold out, despite it still being promoted online. A total of four visits later, and I'm still without my desired product! My suggestion would be to explore other shopping options.
Bryan Hughes (18/07/2025, 10:27):
The store is well stocked, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff are friendly and helpful, but having only one operational checkout for 10 customers is simply not acceptable. The single checkout is primarily used by elderly and those requiring assistance. While the manager claims there are plenty of other checkouts available, it seems they are missing the main issue at hand.

I would have given it a perfect 5-star rating if not for the immigrant security guard tailing me around. Quite disappointing, especially considering I am also a certified SIA security guard (door supervisor). It was a bit embarrassing and frustrating to be followed, especially since I was smartly dressed, well-groomed, and had made a substantial purchase.

This massive supermarket boasts an impressive entertainment section, stocked with a wide array of both current and vintage DVDs. I recently purchased my new television from there and couldn't be happier with the selection. Upstairs, you'll find a fantastic clothing department that regularly offers sales, providing excellent value for your money. Downstairs, the sprawling grocery section offers a diverse range of brands and their own high-quality house labels. The store even has convenient cash machines located outside. Truly a one-stop shop for all your retail needs!
Douglas Smith (08/07/2025, 16:15):
Just scored all the essentials at the market and pocketed some savings, cheers!
Layla Kim (08/07/2025, 06:22):
I popped down to the supermarket on Monday in search of a Christmas ham, but alas, couldn't lay my hands on one with a decent expiry date. I was just about to hightail it out of there to try my luck somewhere else when lo and behold, two chaps from the fresh meat section came running after us, saying they had stumbled upon just the ticket. I must say, I was mighty impressed by their effort in going the extra mile. Top-notch service indeed!
Karen Garcia (07/07/2025, 00:43):
This shop is absolutely massive, with a fantastic selection of products across various departments. The store boasts a spacious entrance that is easily accessible for wheelchair users, as well as ample parking facilities. Additionally, they provide a top-notch filling station with competitive prices.
Paul Moore (06/07/2025, 14:55):
A very helpful lady staff member who went the extra mile to assist me. She went to check in the storage area for a specific product, which was a pleasant surprise as usually the younger employees just brush you off. Not only did she find the product, but she also had a friendly and helpful attitude throughout.
Kathryn Hill (02/07/2025, 20:33):
Spacious supermarket with top-notch parking amenities and a petrol station. Conveniently situated near the M77, making it a prime spot for quick shopping stops on the commute back home. Plus, there's a lovely Costa drive-thru just around the corner for that perfect pick-me-up!
Debra Rogers (28/06/2025, 08:31):
What a brilliant store, top-notch location with an extremely friendly staff.
Donna Harris (23/06/2025, 22:21):
We rented a space for our 25th anniversary family dinner. The location was perfect with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal, thank you for contributing to a truly memorable evening.
Henry Coleman (23/06/2025, 07:34):
My local store, much superior to Tesco Silverburn. The only complaint I have is about the entrance to Sainsbury's at the roundabout. It looks like it's been bombed and seems to be deteriorating with each visit. I've raised this issue with the council, but they seem unresponsive, so I assume it's private property. Urgent action is needed to address this situation.
Philip Gutierrez (22/06/2025, 22:53):
I won't be returning to Sainsbury's, I'll be making the trek to Morrisons instead. I've popped in a few times and it's all self-service with trolleys (don't mind for a few bits) but as a person with disabilities, I find this quite challenging. The staff are delightful, but having no checkouts open for me just doesn't cut it.
Raymond Lopez (22/06/2025, 09:16):
Great supermarket. It has everything you need all in one place.
Donald Sanders (21/06/2025, 02:05):
The staff at this place are absolutely delightful. The layout is top-notch. It's quite unfortunate that the café is no longer in operation as of April 2022.

The ground floor feels a tad bit cramped now with the addition of clothing items, all thanks to the opening of Argos upstairs.
Karen Gonzales (16/06/2025, 13:22):
High quality goods, well-stocked aisles. I consistently find all the items I need at this supermarket. Prices may be a tad higher at times, but I appreciate being able to get my necessities. Additionally, I appreciate the absence of BOGO deals. If they can offer a lower price, they do!
Amanda Adams (14/06/2025, 03:05):
The supermarket is very tidy, well-arranged, and easy to navigate, but all these conveniences in one place come at a slightly higher price. It cannot be denied that it is a somewhat costly establishment. Without a doubt, Sainsbury's offers a wide variety of products, but even the items on the lower shelves are not exactly budget-friendly. Their home goods section boasts a tasteful collection, and the TU clothing brand is known for its durability and stylish designs, although the range of options is somewhat limited. The staff at their kiosk always seems to be short-handed. With Argos located on the first floor, they have relocated the clothing department downstairs, making the lower level appear cramped, situated on the right-hand side of the store. In conclusion, it is a great place to find high-quality merchandise.
Christopher Fisher (13/06/2025, 04:33):
This Sainsbury's store up in Scotland is top-notch, I must say. It's always spick and span and everything looks so fresh. Even though I don't reside close by, I happily make the journey every time. The selection of products is always diverse and plentiful. The staff are tip-top as well. Definitely worth a visit, my fellow shoppers.
Walter Flores (12/06/2025, 17:59):
I must say, I can find absolutely everything I need in this spot! The self-service tills and scan-and-go feature truly make life a breeze.
