Decent Primark, the security staff they have there are a bit too eager to let people in and out. The store is pretty spacious, but the men's department is ridiculously tiny. Luckily, the lines move fast thanks to the many cashiers they have ready at the tills.

Gotta give props to the staff at this place, they were super helpful and friendly, especially given how packed it was. The store was so busy that the queues were crazy long, but they had a solid system in place that made the wait much more bearable. Kudos to them! 😃

I recently visited the Braehead store in Glasgow and had the pleasure of being assisted by Olivia, who was working at the end tills near the coffee shop side around 8:30pm. As a retail manager myself, I can appreciate exceptional customer service, and Olivia truly went above and beyond. Despite a large queue, she remained friendly, engaged in conversation, and made the 30-minute wait enjoyable. In my experience, Olivia is the best cashier I have ever encountered in any retail store. I was on the lookout for some fantastic additions to fill up my 3 shoe boxes for charity, and I must say, I am thrilled with the lovely selection of clothing I found for a young girl. Along with a coloring book, pencils, hat, gloves, makeup, and toiletries for an adult woman, all for just £49 - what a bargain! I can't help but imagine the joy on the little girl's face when she opens her box! xx

I popped into the clothing store bright and early on a Tuesday, only to find it bustling with activity just like on the weekends. The queues were massive, with only 2 tills open on each lane. It took a good 25 minutes to finally get served. I must say, the staff were absolutely fantastic, but there simply weren't enough of them to handle the crowd. Poor things!

Update from my last visit: The staff could use some retraining in customer service, and they should focus on engaging with customers instead of chatting amongst themselves during transactions. This was my second visit this week, and the experience was quite disappointing. It is important to train your staff on proper customer service etiquette. Overall, I found their behavior to be rather rude.

Great to see Primark with a fantastic selection of summer clothing. The cotton floral prints, long skirts, t-shirts, and capris are all lovely options. The variety and choices are impressive! The product sourcing team at Primark has really outdone themselves. And the best part is that the prices remain budget-friendly. The checkout process was smooth, and the staff was very helpful. The store's interior temperature was kept pleasant, so even after spending a lot of time shopping, we didn't feel tired or sweaty. Well done, Team Primark!

This store is massive, but it can get quite chaotic at times. Overall, you can find some good deals, especially on sale items. However, it's important to be selective with your purchases. I've had some bad experiences with their cotton and cotton blend t-shirts - they tend to twist in the wash and the colors bleed, often staining other items in the load. It can be frustrating 😠😠😠. Despite these drawbacks, if you choose wisely, you can still score some great bargains.

I absolutely adore Primark! I enjoy popping in with just five pounds for some little treats for myself. It's a fantastic, spacious store all on one level. My preference is to visit early in the day when it's peaceful, allowing me to browse without the noise of screaming children. They have two long rows of staffed checkouts which helps keep the queues moving quickly, even during busy times. The parking facilities are also excellent, with a large parking lot right outside the store and a three-level car park right next to it.

The Shrek Far Far Away Cafe is truly fantastic, I must say! The staff there are just brilliant, so friendly and ever so helpful! And the food, oh my, it was simply amazing - absolutely perfect for any die-hard Shrek fan 💚
I remember buying the Shrek & Donkey tops from the PJ section before, they were a great find. Primark always has such a wonderful selection (including Stitch, Sponge Bob, Lion King, Shrek, and loads more!)
