Absolutely splendid experience. I was warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The proprietor was incredibly supportive and skilled, going above and beyond to assist me. Additionally, her fantastic sense of humor truly enhanced my visit.
I must say that I have no reason to question the positive experiences shared here, but I can only speak from my own unfortunate encounter. I found myself in a situation where I was taken for a ride, losing over £600 in the process.
Despite giving the shop numerous chances to make things right, such as offering a refund or exchanging the item, the owner continuously avoided addressing the matter. It seems she ultimately came out on top, as she ended up keeping both the money and the coat!

Throughout the years, I have acquired a variety of classic pieces and a couple of custom-made items that have been absolute show-stoppers. Visiting their shop will leave you feeling revitalized, exuding confidence, and perhaps even with a little laughter in your heart. Their collection features stunning garments tailored for individuals aged 30 and above (though I must say, my initial purchase was for my sister's wedding when I was just 26!).

Just recently acquired the most exquisite cape (crafted with a Harris Tweed outer lining and a cashmere inner lining) - incredibly cozy, particularly with the weather taking a chilly turn. I've frequented the shop on numerous occasions throughout the years and without fail, depart with a beaming smile. The proprietor and the team exhibit a remarkable warmth and friendliness, not to mention a brilliant sense of humor. The garments are truly timeless and boast exceptional quality that endures the test of time. I cannot sing the praises of this establishment highly enough.

I stumbled upon this little treasure trove of a shop during a trip to Perth. Right away, I made an appointment and today I've just come back home with the most splendid outfit for my nephew's wedding. The chaps at the store guided me through materials, colors, and styles, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The outfit feels absolutely marvelous on, it's cozy, and it fits like a glove. Oh dear, what a dreadful experience you had! I was in Perth during my UK tour and stumbled upon this store with some intriguing items. But, as soon as I stepped in, a dog (I assume the owner's) started barking fiercely at me, while the owner himself began shouting for me to leave. Quite a shocking welcome, I must say.
I decided to join my group at a nearby restaurant, and the staff there mentioned that many customers have unpleasant encounters with the owner. It's a shame to hear about such unfriendliness. Needless to say, I won't be revisiting that store.
Ah, well ain't that just a load o' rubbish! Custom tailoring is the bee's knees, I tell ya. There's nothin' quite like gettin' a suit made just for you, with all them personalized touches and perfect fit. 'Tis a grand experience, I must say!

The proprietor is rather full of herself, I must say. She tends to speak ill of customers to her employees once they've departed the premises, even if she was pleasant during their visit. In my view, the items are excessively expensive as well. To top it off, she allegedly physically assaulted an acquaintance of mine... Absolutely disgraceful.
