Oh dear, what a disappointment! I had high hopes for this place, but it totally lacks any charm or character. I was really looking forward to that cozy village feel. And where on earth is Antartex sheepskin? I couldn't spot a single sheepskin item. Definitely not worth the trip. I left feeling very let down and won't be returning. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I must say, stumbled upon quite an unexpected gem here. Initially giving off the vibe of a neglected or even abandoned establishment tucked away at the back of a bustling district, I was pleasantly surprised upon stepping inside. The array of clothing, books, and high-end items was truly impressive. Moreover, there's a quaint little cafe on the premises, staffed by accommodating individuals. An outlet mall definitely worth exploring!

What a fantastic spot for a quick pit stop on our coach tour to the Scottish Highlands! The staff were so polite and helpful, and it was a delightful place to wander around and grab a bite to eat. I managed to score some bedding at a whopping 50% discount, while my companions found some great deals on clothing. The restroom facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we were impressed with the restaurant's menu offering freshly cooked meals.

Having afternoon tea with my daughter and granddaughter on Mother's Day was simply splendid. The prices were quite fair and the staff was very accommodating, no issues at all.

Dear Outlet Mall Management,

We were deeply disappointed by our recent experience at your establishment. After confirming the closing time over the phone, we arrived on Christmas Eve as part of a long-standing family tradition, only to find the gates being closed early and a lack of welcoming attitude from the staff. Despite being told one closing time, we were met with hostility and a rush to shut down the store before that time.

The lack of care and consideration for customers was evident throughout our visit. It is disheartening to see a lack of professionalism and customer service in what should be a festive and welcoming environment, especially on such a special day for us.

We hope this feedback can be used constructively to improve the overall experience for future visitors. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,
Disappointed Customers

All these tourist prices and the constant "sale" strategy. I believe it's overpriced considering its location and the condition it's in. The roof has multiple leaks that have been around for years, and the locals are used to spotting and avoiding the buckets as they navigate the aisles. It's about time they stepped up their game and made some improvements.
Nicholas Graham (10/05/2025, 16:06):
A charming spot to spend a lovely morning or afternoon - the Village Cafe is wonderful, though a tad on the pricey side. The shop itself is great, especially when they have a sale. Overall, I'd recommend paying a visit!

Plenty of items in stock and staff are so helpful. The restaurant serves top-notch food at great prices. I highly recommend trying their breakfast!

It's quite disheartening to see how this place is being overlooked and shrinking year after year. Nonetheless, I am able to score some great deals here, and the staff are quite energetic. There is some potential in this establishment, but it seems like the owner isn't too concerned. What a pity.
Bobby Gomez (05/05/2025, 20:55):
Visited this outlet mall with some mates for a psychic night. Had a splendid meal, delicious pink gin, and a scone with cream and jam. The staff were all so friendly, the place was spotless, and I can't wait to return to explore the stalls with their lovely wares and great selection of plants. A jolly good time indeed!
Willie Scott (01/05/2025, 11:36):
We always make a point of stopping by this spot, it's quite the charming shopping village that gives off a real movie set vibe from the outside. However, it could really benefit from a substantial financial investment. Currently, there are several leaks in the roof causing water-filled containers to be scattered throughout the shops. While it used to be a bustling hub, it now feels rather antiquated and worn.

It would be fantastic if they could strike up some sort of partnership with the nearby Loch Lomond Distillery, perhaps incorporating it into a tour or offering tastings. The scent of malt wafting over from the whisky distillery definitely adds a unique appeal to the area. With some TLC, this place could truly shine and become a top-notch tourist destination.
Ronald Cruz (30/04/2025, 02:26):
The outlet mall offers ample free parking for all shoppers. With a diverse selection ranging from clothing to whisky to candles, there is something for everyone. You can also enjoy a delightful dining experience at the lovely restaurant, which serves delicious snacks, cakes, and meals.
Elizabeth Ross (29/04/2025, 01:18):
My family and I didn't have high expectations when we visited this Outlet mall. Situated in a slightly rundown area right next to the Loch Lomond whisky distillery, the exterior doesn't make a great first impression.

However, once we stepped inside, we were pleasantly surprised. It felt like wandering into a mini department store, with plenty of clothing options at the Edinburgh Woolen Mill section. The Ponden home section had lovely blankets and sheets that caught our eye. Despite our initial reservations, we ended up spending about 40 minutes exploring the store together as a family ranging from 17 to 48 years old.

I personally was curious to see if there was any connection to the nearby Loch Lomond distillery. To my delight, as we ventured further into the store, we stumbled upon a well-stocked Whisky section. It boasted a wide variety of whiskies, including an impressive selection of Loch Lomond whiskies and others. This discovery somewhat made up for the disappointment of finding out that the distillery itself lacked a visitor center or shop.
Olivia Morgan (28/04/2025, 07:25):
It's a bit of a shame, really. The place is looking a bit tired and worn out. The clothing seems more suited for an older clientele. On the bright side, the staff were quite pleasant and friendly.
