Whilst the visit to the outlet mall was quite pleasant and the shop floor staff were really helpful, the experience at the restaurant left a lot to be desired!
My mate and I decided to share a toasty and a scone, along with two bottles of lager. However, we were informed that we could only have one bottle of lager each, and if we wanted another one, we would need to order another main dish. I found this rule rather infuriating and on principle, I doubt I'll be returning to this establishment, especially not the restaurant! It might be worth the management's while to rethink how such a daft rule can negatively impact the customer experience!

Spent a good 20 minutes hunting down the Loch Lomond distillery shop within this maze-like place, quite the challenge. Oh, what a charming place The Cafe is! The staff is delightful and ever so friendly, just like all the other staff members. The food is always fresh and reasonably priced. And the shop itself is splendid, with plenty of treasures to be found. A truly wonderful experience!

I had a rather unpleasant experience with the manager, who seemed quite rude and lacking in manners. She appeared irritated when our small group entered the restaurant unexpectedly. Despite us becoming customers of the establishment, she made it clear through her words that she was displeased with the disruption to her day. On the bright side, the other staff members were extremely polite and accommodating. However, due to the manager's behavior, I don't think I'll be returning to this place.

In dire need of a significant overhaul, the outlet mall's structure appears quite rundown. There is a pervasive dampness throughout, evidenced by numerous buckets collecting water. The cafe's supposed "manager" seems to possess a notable attitude issue, and both she and her team could benefit from customer service training. The barista was notably unhurried, taking nearly 15 minutes to prepare my drink, despite the lack of a crowd. It's becoming clear why they're not bustling with customers; not to mention, the prices are quite steep.
Save yourself the trouble and head over to Duck Bay instead. Their staff is friendly and attentive, and they certainly know how to efficiently craft a proper cup of coffee.
