The loch shore is absolutely stunning for a leisurely stroll and chilling out. It's a picturesque spot with plenty of breathtaking views. Ideal for a quick getaway or a day trip!
Diane Rodriguez (14/07/2025, 05:11):
Ah, what a delightful spot by Loch Lomond! The vistas of the water and mountains were simply stunning. I recently had the pleasure of attending a charming summer festival there, complete with rides, music, and delightful stalls. It truly was a splendid day out. There's no shortage of activities with a variety of shops and restaurants to explore. Additionally, one can partake in boat trips, paddle boats, and even enjoy an adventure in the treetops. The mall boasts a spacious car park, a lovely beach area perfect for a leisurely stroll to the ship, and a fantastic play park for the little ones. A truly enjoyable experience all around!
Nicholas Coleman (13/07/2025, 02:20):
Had a cracking time at the shopping mall, loads to get stuck into and the young 'uns will have a grand old time exploring. And for those keen on a spot of retail therapy, there's a fine selection of shops and cafés to peruse. Cheers!
Wayne Price (11/07/2025, 09:56):
A splendid spot to kick off our shopping spree before venturing around Crianlarich and Glencoe. The views are incredible, the water is serene, and the amenities are top-notch.
Andrew Hill (10/07/2025, 10:53):
The shopping here is top-notch, with plenty of unique gift shops and delicious food options, not to mention two major brand stores. The breathtaking view of the Loch adds to the charm of this place, and there's also a lovely walking trail and a playground for the kids. It's a fantastic spot for families to relax and enjoy themselves.
Adam Evans (09/07/2025, 20:14):
Lovely vistas of Loch Lomond and complimentary parking, however, the stores primarily catered to tourists frequenting the nearby hotels. A sizable Frasers/Sports Direct, multiple shops showcasing Highland cows and tartan, and a whisky boutique, impeccably presented yet on the pricier side.
Nicholas Nguyen (09/07/2025, 16:42):
The panoramic vistas of Loch Lomond are simply breathtaking, offering a delightful backdrop for a day of family fun. While there are some enjoyable activities catered to children, the shopping experience may leave something to be desired. The selection of shops leans towards the budget end, lacking in high-end options.
Joan Butler (09/07/2025, 14:51):
Fabulous selection of stores and cafes!
Sophia Turner (08/07/2025, 06:02):
It was quite calm in the morning. The shops were not crowded, so there was plenty of time and space to browse around. It was a lovely day for a leisurely stroll, but I would recommend visiting on the 1st or 3rd Sunday of the month as there is a fantastic array of outdoor market stalls and a wider selection of dining options available.
David Morales (06/07/2025, 02:35):
In a stunning location, with plenty of parking available (although we opted to stroll from our campsite). However, the selection of shops left much to be desired. Why would one need a shopping mall in such a picturesque setting, I pondered. It appears to cater mostly to fans of Mike Ashley's retail establishments. For those, it might be a splendid destination. On the other hand, if you, like myself, are not keen on purchasing budget sportswear or supporting struggling designer outlets, it's best to steer clear. While there were a few other stores present, none were particularly remarkable. The presence of a few fast food vendors added some appeal, but not enough to sway my opinion significantly.

As you gaze at the view of the Loch, you may find yourself questioning the rationale behind its existence in this place. Alas, I cannot offer a logical explanation.
Roger Howard (04/07/2025, 04:51):
We popped in to have a look on our way up to Loch Long, this gave us a glimpse of the views we were about to encounter.. didn't explore the shops etc but it seemed like a bustling area.
Shirley Rivera (02/07/2025, 15:55):
Great selection of stores, delightful Sunday Market. Impeccably maintained restrooms. Stunning setting with a charming playground for the little tykes. Abundant dining options and watering holes. Perfect for a day of leisurely exploration.
Doris Wilson (30/06/2025, 15:51):
I absolutely loved the lake view and our cruise trip was simply amazing! 👌 I highly recommend it. The only downside was the lack of good coffee and a decent restaurant in the area. Hopefully, this place will attract more investors and improve in that aspect.
Rebecca Watson (29/06/2025, 23:22):
Beautiful and stunning scenery. A lovely spot to take a break, grab a coffee, and continue your journey. If you're into cruising, that's an option as well.
Richard Hamilton (28/06/2025, 07:59):
Ah, this here is a quaint little shopping mall, it is. But let me tell you, do not overlook the Summer Market happening every Saturday and Sunday during the first week of the month. You'll find a plethora of stalls offering local delicacies such as cakes, burgers, beer, gin, cider, and even arts and crafts. It's a jolly good time, indeed!
Arthur Murphy (28/06/2025, 06:05):
I would give this place 4 stars because my kids are all grown up now, but I can see how it would be a 5-star experience for families with young children. There is plenty of free parking available, and although we didn't visit the Sea Life Aquarium, it looked impressive. The shopping precinct had some interesting stores, and I managed to find some great deals on walking gear at Hawkshead, where the staff were fantastic!

The views of the Loch were stunning, and this place is definitely kid-friendly. We had a lovely afternoon there, despite the unusually warm weather - around 27 degrees Celsius! A true Scottish summer, who would have thought it possible?
Frank Watson (25/06/2025, 20:40):
What a lovely spot! So much to do: check out the Sealife aquarium, take a boat ride, go canoeing, or browse through the mini shopping center. A word of caution though, steer clear from getting food at one of the burger stands there - "Deluxe Burger". The kids couldn't even finish their chicken burgers as they were absolutely disgusting, made from processed chicken that I can only imagine is of very low quality.
James Morales (24/06/2025, 03:23):
It was a jolly good time going boating on a summer evening. The boating fee was 50 pounds for 5 folks for an hour. There's also a cracking Sea Life Aquarium nearby, a top spot for the kiddos. After that, we fancied a cheeky ice cream, but blimey, the queue was as long as the River Thames! 😁
Sandra Davis (24/06/2025, 00:11):
Although the shops are quite commercial, I must say that the lake is absolutely stunning.
Richard Coleman (22/06/2025, 02:37):
Lovely spot, with a few shops and food options that hit the spot. Loads of free parking available, which is a plus. Personally, I reckon it could do with some more top-notch stores or extra outlets to amp up the experience. The shops have definitely stepped up their game since my last trip, so I'd give it a solid 4-star rating.
