I absolutely loved the lake view and our cruise trip was simply amazing! 👌 I highly recommend it. The only downside was the lack of good coffee and a decent restaurant in the area. Hopefully, this place will attract more investors and improve in that aspect.

Beautiful and stunning scenery. A lovely spot to take a break, grab a coffee, and continue your journey. If you're into cruising, that's an option as well.
Richard Hamilton (28/06/2025, 07:59):
Ah, this here is a quaint little shopping mall, it is. But let me tell you, do not overlook the Summer Market happening every Saturday and Sunday during the first week of the month. You'll find a plethora of stalls offering local delicacies such as cakes, burgers, beer, gin, cider, and even arts and crafts. It's a jolly good time, indeed!
Arthur Murphy (28/06/2025, 06:05):
I would give this place 4 stars because my kids are all grown up now, but I can see how it would be a 5-star experience for families with young children. There is plenty of free parking available, and although we didn't visit the Sea Life Aquarium, it looked impressive. The shopping precinct had some interesting stores, and I managed to find some great deals on walking gear at Hawkshead, where the staff were fantastic!

The views of the Loch were stunning, and this place is definitely kid-friendly. We had a lovely afternoon there, despite the unusually warm weather - around 27 degrees Celsius! A true Scottish summer, who would have thought it possible?

What a lovely spot! So much to do: check out the Sealife aquarium, take a boat ride, go canoeing, or browse through the mini shopping center. A word of caution though, steer clear from getting food at one of the burger stands there - "Deluxe Burger". The kids couldn't even finish their chicken burgers as they were absolutely disgusting, made from processed chicken that I can only imagine is of very low quality.
James Morales (24/06/2025, 03:23):
It was a jolly good time going boating on a summer evening. The boating fee was 50 pounds for 5 folks for an hour. There's also a cracking Sea Life Aquarium nearby, a top spot for the kiddos. After that, we fancied a cheeky ice cream, but blimey, the queue was as long as the River Thames! 😁
Sandra Davis (24/06/2025, 00:11):
Although the shops are quite commercial, I must say that the lake is absolutely stunning.
Richard Coleman (22/06/2025, 02:37):
Lovely spot, with a few shops and food options that hit the spot. Loads of free parking available, which is a plus. Personally, I reckon it could do with some more top-notch stores or extra outlets to amp up the experience. The shops have definitely stepped up their game since my last trip, so I'd give it a solid 4-star rating.
Patricia Lewis (16/06/2025, 18:33):
Top-notch spot for a leisurely stroll - perfect for keeping the kiddos entertained. Loads to take in, from the lake and bustling boats to the abundant wildlife and various activities. Bustling with tourists, even during our visit at a relatively calm period. Tons of fantastic photo ops just waiting to be captured.
Joe King (16/06/2025, 01:21):
A delightful sight of the Loch, ample parking, and a typical outlet mall experience. I can stock up for my upcoming polar/mountaineering adventure with all the gear I missed out on at the previous mall. However, the aquarium is rather uninspiring and lackluster.
Donna Turner (12/06/2025, 02:59):
The presence of a flagship store like Frasers is truly a plus point for this shopping mall. One small suggestion would be to consider adding a cosmetics shop as I struggled to locate body wash during my visit. I was informed that the nearest option was at Co Op, which is quite a distance away at 4km. Nevertheless, the mall offers a pleasant shopping experience with a great view.
Ruth Henderson (08/06/2025, 16:12):
What a charming shopping mall! It's filled with delightful gift shops, quaint cafes, and breathtaking views. A perfect spot for a spot of shopping and a cuppa.
Sophia Robinson (08/06/2025, 14:44):
Had a jolly good time at the shopping mall today, playing to a friendly crowd. The amenities are top-notch. I wasn't performing today, so I took the opportunity to admire the splendid views from the slightly worn concourse. While there are lovely restaurants and cafes, the stained and slightly tacky concrete is becoming less appealing with each visit. However, the breathtaking views of the loch and the snow-capped Ben Lomond in the distance make the trip worthwhile. It's a shame to see the "Maid of the Loch" in its current condition. I was under the impression it was nearing sailing trials, but today it looked more ready for the scrapyard. Only time will tell 🤔
Gloria Taylor (07/06/2025, 07:08):
Had a marvelous day out with the family at the shopping mall. The SeaLife Aquarium surpassed all expectations and the cinema on the second floor provided fascinating information about sea creatures. The underwater tunnel was truly stunning. Following a relaxing 45-minute cruise on the tour boat, we ended the day with a lovely cup of tea at the cafe. A perfect outing for all!
Diana Hughes (06/06/2025, 18:27):
I absolutely adore Lomond Shores, whether I'm with my grandkids or my furry companions. It truly caters to everyone. I recently enjoyed a delightful cup of coffee at the "Wild Highland" kiosk overlooking the historic Maid of the Loch. The experience was simply splendid!
Sandra Cook (06/06/2025, 02:01):
This place is absolutely stunning, perfect for the little ones. The picturesque lake and hill views are simply breathtaking. There are plenty of activities to keep them entertained, and if you enjoy strolling, you can take a leisurely walk along the shoreline. Cheers!
Gabriel Morales (05/06/2025, 14:22):
Such a charming spot, incredibly convenient for all capability levels. The red squirrel stroll was delightful, even though I didn't spot any squirrels, it was a delightful walk and accessible for wheelchairs. The car park is spacious and complimentary, making it an overall delightful destination to visit.
Sophia Rivera (05/06/2025, 05:29):
Haven't had the pleasure of visiting Loch Lomond Shores in quite some time. Noticed that Jenners has been replaced by Fraser's and Sports Direct, which has slightly changed the upscale vibe. However, the variety of shops available is similar to what you'd find at places like Gretna Gateway, just on a smaller scale. The backdrop of Loch Lomond adds a charming touch to the outlet's surroundings. Plenty of free parking spaces available, making it a convenient shopping destination.
Andrew Hill (02/06/2025, 23:39):
I was quite surprised to find shops at the loch, but they actually provided a cozy retreat after a stroll around the area. While they may not offer the best prices, they are definitely worth a browse. Above the shops, there is a fast food eatery where you can grab a quick bite. Right outside, there is an aquarium to visit, and a short walk will lead you to the old paddle steamer and boat tours of the loch.

The site also boasts clean and spacious restrooms, along with a large parking lot. It's a convenient place to park and start your exploration from.
Sarah Reyes (30/05/2025, 14:56):
I stayed overnight on the 17th of April 2024, and let me tell you, the view of the loch was absolutely splendid. The room was impeccably clean, and the dinner was delightful with delicious food and incredibly helpful staff. I am already planning another night's stay sometime later this year. Thank you very much!
