It may be a tad smaller than I'm accustomed to, but there are still some fantastic items on the shelves.
Nathan Howard (21/07/2025, 17:37):
I humbly request that you kindly speak with the petite female staff member of Asian descent who is stationed by the self-checkout machine regarding her manners towards other patrons of Asian background. The conduct displayed towards me and my companion, as well as several others, was quite appalling. If she finds it challenging to exhibit the warmth expected in a customer service role, perhaps it would be advisable for her to explore other job opportunities. It is disheartening to experience such treatment when we visit the store, even if it may seem like a minor issue. I urge you to take this feedback seriously and not overlook it. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I must say, I was quite upset when I discovered they no longer carry the milk chocolate wafers. Quite shocking behavior, if you ask me! Nonetheless, the staff is excellent...
Donald Campbell (17/07/2025, 12:43):
Fantastic prices, an extensive range of products, and typically the staff are quite pleasant.
Jeffrey Allen (15/07/2025, 19:56):
This store has been recently renovated and now offers a wider range of products than ever before. The prices are incredibly competitive and the quality of the goods is top-notch. I would wholeheartedly encourage you to check it out, as most folks are sure to come back for more.
Paul Green (15/07/2025, 09:42):
The grub was spot on, staff were alright, but blimey, the service was slower than a snail on a Sunday. You could be stood there with just a couple of bits and bobs, waiting a good 20 minutes while the poor soul in front of you is stocking up like it's the Blitz all over again.
George Brown (15/07/2025, 07:41):
Fantastic prices, mate! The staff is so friendly and the selection of meats is top-notch. Perfect for those watching their wallets, you just can't beat the prices. Cheers!
Frank Torres (15/07/2025, 01:31):
I would suggest hiring additional staff and opening more checkout lanes. This particular Lidl location is the worst I've ever experienced! The staff seem lazy, especially during peak hours when there are around 50-60 customers. They only have self-checkout lanes, which are not always functioning correctly, causing long wait times as customers have to wait for the one available staff member to assist them. What should have been a 10-minute trip for just 2 items turns into nearly an hour. If you can, I would recommend avoiding this store.
Leonard Reyes (12/07/2025, 04:45):
Oh,
what a coincidence! A similar incident happened to me as well at that place, one of the worst-managed supermarkets. I will definitely not be going back there for shopping.
Samantha Perry (06/07/2025, 17:57):
The staff here are top-notch, always ready to lend a hand. The store is tidy and fully stocked. They've got convenient cleaning stations at the entrance and everyone's sporting masks. And if there's a line forming, the speedy staff are quick to open another checkout. Great service all around!
Noah Baker (03/07/2025, 21:44):
I must say, the shopping experience at this supermarket is simply top-notch.
Gary Murphy (26/06/2025, 16:18):
As the doors swung open, a wave of fragrant produce enveloped me, beckoning me into what could only be described as the ultimate emporium, a royal marketplace befitting a person of my stature. I effortlessly filled my cart to capacity, acquiring a grand feast that would leave commoners envious. A princely sum indeed, a magical 50 quid well spent.
Eric Kim (26/06/2025, 14:37):
The Lidl store in Dalry always provides a seamless shopping experience, with a fantastic selection, competitive prices, and welcoming staff. It's pleasing to see their shelves gradually returning to their usual state, and I'm looking forward to the arrival of all their Christmas goodies!
Andrew Reyes (25/06/2025, 00:40):
They are boasting about dining in for £10.50, it's a bit of a laugh really. You have to go on a bit of a treasure hunt to find the available items, and when you finally get some assistance from a lovely colleague, they reduce the dessert cone to £10.90!! What sort of deal is that?
David Rogers (24/06/2025, 11:46):
This supermarket is a top spot for food shopping, boasting an excellent variety of products to choose from.
Keith Nguyen (23/06/2025, 16:38):
This establishment is an absolute disaster! Rotten celery still in its packaging, left sitting for days without being discarded. The ready meals are a travesty; by the time you get them home, they're all smashed up and inedible. Today, I witnessed open ready meals in the freezers with broken plastic trays, as well as chicken dipper boxes left opened. And let's not forget about the Glencairn spring water bottles I purchased last year - had to toss them out because they were rank and undrinkable. Utterly disappointed with this experience.
Danielle Coleman (21/06/2025, 18:50):
The customer service is top-notch, although the prices are slightly higher than Aldi. However, their convenient local placement makes up for that sometimes.
Virginia Jackson (20/06/2025, 20:56):
I popped over to Amoretti looking for some Amorreto, and let me tell you, they only carry items seasonally and once they sell out, that's it. But you know what? The prices definitely make up for it!
Jordan Patterson (18/06/2025, 15:06):
This wee little shop is great, the staff are all friendly and helpful.
Stephanie Taylor (18/06/2025, 13:35):
"Always splendid, orderly, and reasonably priced. The manager is as sharp as a tack, always on top of things, like a knight with his banner flying high. Quite a remarkable establishment, I must say!"
