I popped into Frox of Falkirk with my mum to hunt for a mother of the bride dress, and let me tell you, from the get-go Josephine looked after us a treat. She really took the time to listen to my mum's vision and made her feel at home. Her friendliness was top-notch, and we shared a few laughs as my mum tried on a heap of dresses (seriously, the selection blew me away). Mum found "the one" and it’s just perfect. My sister and I popped into the store on January 15th with our mom to pick out dresses for our wedding in December. Josephine assisted us during the entire process and was absolutely fantastic! Mom found a gorgeous dress that she is absolutely thrilled with.
I would have given a 5-star rating if it weren't for the older, larger lady who was also helping with fittings at the same time. She was quite rude, dismissive, and arrogant. At one point, she even kicked a hat box out of the way while Josephine was wrapping up our order in a tight space as my mom was paying.
If it wasn't for Josephine's kindness, the negative experience with that one staff member could have really put a damper on our visit. I highly recommend asking for Josephine if you plan on visiting, as the other lady might make you reconsider shopping there altogether.
That salesperson seemed to be in the wrong role for creating a fun and uplifting experience - she might be better suited for a behind-the-scenes role rather than interacting with customers.

The staff is absolutely INCREDIBLE! They truly listen to your preferences and never pressure you into anything. At the same time, they are extremely attentive and offer honest advice on what looks best on you!

I recently scheduled an appointment at Frox of Falkirk to find a mother of the bride outfit. With the uncertainties brought by the lockdowns, I was quite anxious as the wedding date was set for July and my appointment was scheduled for May 1st. However, the shop assured me that everything would work out just fine and that I would find the perfect outfit for the wedding.
Upon visiting the shop, I had a specific idea in mind, but the staff encouraged me to try on other outfits as well. They were incredibly accommodating and once I made my decision, they even provided accessories to complement the outfit. I required some alterations and the shop promptly arranged for their dressmaker Linda to assist me, who did a fantastic job.
I am very impressed with everyone at the shop, they truly excel at what they do. The staff is friendly, professional, and adept at making customers feel comfortable. I will definitely be returning to the shop in the future. Thank you to all the staff for your exceptional service and for making the whole experience so enjoyable.
