My experience at the women's clothing store was truly awful. I was attended by Linda and right from the moment I stepped into the shop, it was evident that she had no interest in assisting me. Like another customer, I had sent an email with my outfit choices, only to be told they hadn't received it. Whenever I picked something out, Linda would dismiss it by saying it wouldn't suit me. She even brought me dresses that were not to my taste. When I inquired about new dress arrivals, she bluntly stated that they had too much stock and needed to clear it out. I decided to browse the racks myself, but when I selected a dress, she advised against it, claiming it looked too ordinary. Despite this, I persisted and chose a dress from their website that I had admired. When I mentioned I wanted to try it on, she condescendingly asked if I knew the price. I was appalled but confirmed that I had seen the price online, which was over £1,000. Suddenly, her attitude changed. Overall, I had a terrible time at the store and would not recommend it to anyone. The open changing rooms facing the shop floor were also quite uncomfortable. I would suggest visiting Bearnessities, a lovely alternative shop.

I found my dress there and they even reached out to the designer to have a matching hat made. A fabulous experience from start to finish!

I've popped into this shop twice now in search of a mob outfit. It felt as though they weren't keen on making a sale. The first time, I was asked why I wanted to spend so much on an outfit that I'd only wear once, not to mention the cost of shoes, hat, bag, etc.! Then, the second time a few months later, I was directed to the shop next door with a comment along the lines of "We're pricey here, you'll find cheaper next door." Well, who cares about that? I had actually tried on a fantastic outfit at the shop next door before stepping into the main store, but the constant barrage of questions from 2 or 3 staff members made me uncomfortable, especially with my daughters there. I ended up feeling more stressed during the 10 minutes we spent in the store than I did during a busy Saturday in Glasgow! Thankfully, I eventually found the perfect outfit in Perth!

If you're a lady with a slightly larger figure than the standard sizes of 10-14, this store may not have what you're looking for. Have you created a wish list to give them an idea of what you're after? If not, you might already be at a disadvantage. It's challenging to make a list when their website doesn't specify the sizes each dress is available in!
My experience was dreadful, feeling like I was in a cramped store room! Linda had a "couldn't care less" attitude and seemed keen to make a sale, even if it meant settling for something that just fit. When I didn't make a purchase, she went on to criticize other wedding boutiques we were planning to visit in Glasgow!
I would suggest steering clear of this place!

I had an appointment last Saturday morning, and I must say it was the most dreadful experience I've ever had! Lesley was completely clueless about what to recommend, the shop was a mess, and the staff, with the exception of a few, were not very welcoming. To top it off, the owner/manager was incredibly rude. I ended up going to Catwalk and had a fantastic time purchasing a dress, hat, shoes, bag, and jewelry. I will definitely not be returning to that other shop!

Josephine was an absolute gem both times, welcoming us warmly from the get-go. On our second visit, she remembered us from before and had a good grasp of my mum's preferences. She made sure that my mum was completely satisfied with her entire ensemble, right down to the perfect colored bag and shoes. Both visits were delightful experiences where my mum felt at ease and not at all rushed. It's great to walk in with a certain dress style in mind, but on both occasions my mum ended up choosing dresses she wouldn't have considered initially, and they turned out even better than she had imagined! My chum and I have a wedding on the horizon, so we decided to take advantage of our mutual day off and make the jaunt over to Falkirk to find ourselves some fancy outfits. Being rather impulsive, we didn't have an appointment lined up, but we spied on the website that they offered a walk-in service if the staff had availability. Upon arriving and inquiring about this, we were met with a rather unpleasant lady (the proprietor, Fiona). She curtly informed us that she had a customer in the store and each appointment typically lasted a whopping 90 minutes. Fiona reluctantly took down our phone number, mentioning it would be an hour before she could assist us, but made it clear not to waste her time as her dresses started at a steep £500 (all this before she even knew our budget). This individual's demeanor was, frankly speaking, quite impolite and could certainly use a crash course in customer service. Needless to say, after that encounter, any desire to return dissipated. We decided to stroll a bit further down the street to The Catwalk, where we were met with warm, friendly staff who were eager to assist us and presented a fantastic array of outfits to try on, catering to various budgets. It's safe to say we left there feeling absolutely delighted. Fiona, your incredibly rude and patronizing attitude just cost your establishment much more than £500. We shan't be darkening your doorstep again!
