I popped in on Saturday to find a special outfit for my mate's daughter's wedding next year. The crew were all dead friendly and really helpful- Caroline made sure she understood what I was after, and I ended up bagging a gorgeous dress and hat for the big day. My mate also got loads of tips on an outfit for her mum and found the perfect hat for herself. Top-notch experience all around, would definitely recommend.

I fancied a browse in this boutique as I'm on the lookout for a "Mother of the Groom" ensemble for our son's July wedding. Upon entering, I was greeted by two rather disinterested shop attendants who showed little enthusiasm towards my inquiry. One of them even suggested I view outfits online before returning. Needless to say, I won't be revisiting. There are plenty of other establishments eager to have my custom.

My experience at the women's clothing store was truly awful. I was attended by Linda and right from the moment I stepped into the shop, it was evident that she had no interest in assisting me. Like another customer, I had sent an email with my outfit choices, only to be told they hadn't received it. Whenever I picked something out, Linda would dismiss it by saying it wouldn't suit me. She even brought me dresses that were not to my taste. When I inquired about new dress arrivals, she bluntly stated that they had too much stock and needed to clear it out. I decided to browse the racks myself, but when I selected a dress, she advised against it, claiming it looked too ordinary. Despite this, I persisted and chose a dress from their website that I had admired. When I mentioned I wanted to try it on, she condescendingly asked if I knew the price. I was appalled but confirmed that I had seen the price online, which was over £1,000. Suddenly, her attitude changed. Overall, I had a terrible time at the store and would not recommend it to anyone. The open changing rooms facing the shop floor were also quite uncomfortable. I would suggest visiting Bearnessities, a lovely alternative shop.

I found my dress there and they even reached out to the designer to have a matching hat made. A fabulous experience from start to finish!

I've popped into this shop twice now in search of a mob outfit. It felt as though they weren't keen on making a sale. The first time, I was asked why I wanted to spend so much on an outfit that I'd only wear once, not to mention the cost of shoes, hat, bag, etc.! Then, the second time a few months later, I was directed to the shop next door with a comment along the lines of "We're pricey here, you'll find cheaper next door." Well, who cares about that? I had actually tried on a fantastic outfit at the shop next door before stepping into the main store, but the constant barrage of questions from 2 or 3 staff members made me uncomfortable, especially with my daughters there. I ended up feeling more stressed during the 10 minutes we spent in the store than I did during a busy Saturday in Glasgow! Thankfully, I eventually found the perfect outfit in Perth!

Josephine is truly amazing! My mum and I had an early Friday appointment at the store and it felt like my mum tried on every dress available. Josephine paid close attention to my mum's preferences and presented a wide selection of styles, fabrics, designers, and price ranges for her to try on. She kept her cool and composure throughout the entire appointment, even though it took nearly 2 hours for my mum to make a decision! The ladies in the shop are delightful, and the outfit I purchased is just perfect for my daughter's wedding in July. If you're a lady with a slightly larger figure than the standard sizes of 10-14, this store may not have what you're looking for. Have you created a wish list to give them an idea of what you're after? If not, you might already be at a disadvantage. It's challenging to make a list when their website doesn't specify the sizes each dress is available in!
My experience was dreadful, feeling like I was in a cramped store room! Linda had a "couldn't care less" attitude and seemed keen to make a sale, even if it meant settling for something that just fit. When I didn't make a purchase, she went on to criticize other wedding boutiques we were planning to visit in Glasgow!
I would suggest steering clear of this place!

I had an appointment last Saturday morning, and I must say it was the most dreadful experience I've ever had! Lesley was completely clueless about what to recommend, the shop was a mess, and the staff, with the exception of a few, were not very welcoming. To top it off, the owner/manager was incredibly rude. I ended up going to Catwalk and had a fantastic time purchasing a dress, hat, shoes, bag, and jewelry. I will definitely not be returning to that other shop!
