Just had my first visit to Lidl Hamilton and must say it was top-notch compared to all the other Lidls - spacious, plenty of room, and the staff were excellent. When I accidentally dropped my eggs while packing, they kindly let me grab another pack. I definitely recommend Aldi at Earnock Hamilton! 👍👍👍👍👍

It's tidy and aesthetically pleasing, I haven't done a lot of shopping there yet but thought I'd give it a try.

Starting to warm up to this place. Excellent handicap parking, spacious aisles, and friendly, courteous staff. I'd rate it a solid 5 stars.

Just visited this shop. I've been here before without any problems, but tonight at 9:10 pm, while I was being served at till 2 by a young man with glasses, it was the worst customer service I've ever experienced in a supermarket. He was tossing my items across the counter, leaving me no space to pack my bag, so I had to do it on the floor. He yanked the flowers I was buying for a cemetery so forcefully against the counter that the heads came off. He completely ignored this fact. When I told him they needed to be replaced, his response was 'no bother'. He pushed the flowers aside, took my money, and left, closing the checkout. I had to go get new flowers myself. I understand the need for quick checkout service, but his behavior felt like he was almost throwing items at high speed across the counter, disregarding my purchases. I considered speaking to the management, but I had somewhere else to be.

Certainly! Here's the rephrased comment with an English accent:

"Always a pleasant and peaceful experience, with a great variety of products on offer. I've noticed they've added a lot of new Asian (Japanese, Korean, and Chinese) food to their shelves, with plenty of discounts. The customer service is always top-notch, and there's plenty of parking available. This is now my go-to spot for weekly groceries. Keep up the good work!"
Mark Nguyen (06/08/2025, 11:03):
What a splendid, spacious supermarket with a fine selection of food and other wares. The lavatory amenities on premises are quite convenient. The meat department boasts a generous variety at fair prices. Keep an eye out for special deals on fruits and vegetables. The staff is pleasant and accommodating.
Brenda Hughes (05/08/2025, 21:34):
I must say, the Lidl store in Hamilton consistently offers better stock availability compared to my usual local Lidl. However, one downside is their ineffective queuing system, which often results in longer wait times to be served.
Virginia Sullivan (05/08/2025, 04:28):
Gave Lidl a go today for a change and was quite let down, I must say! No staff at the entrance to control the number of customers coming in, and no markers on the floor to keep people 2 meters apart, so those who weren't bothered were practically breathing down each other's necks! Moreover, there was no one sanitizing the carts and whatnot. It felt like just any other store before the whole virus situation. Aldi is definitely stepping up their game in comparison!
Matthew Moore (04/08/2025, 23:38):
Great product at decent prices, I must say. Cheers!
Doris Perez (04/08/2025, 21:32):
Big supermarket and parking lot. I go there quite frequently, but I've noticed that they hardly ever have enough bags for the bakery section. Today when I went to pick up some fresh baguettes, I was disappointed to find out that there weren't any bags large enough for my bread! All I could find were bags big enough for a few muffins. As a result, I left the store without any bread.
Kevin Myers (04/08/2025, 04:04):
Always top-notch quality and service at Supermarket. Their crusty bread and rolls are excellent, way better than what you find at most other shops. Highly recommend!
Emma Ortiz (02/08/2025, 13:57):
Lovely spot for a bit of shopping, I must say.
Nicholas Hughes (01/08/2025, 06:12):
Reasonably spacious and with a good selection of products. The supermarket wasn't too crowded, so there was ample parking space available. The interior layout is typical of a Lidl store. It was interesting to note that the in-store announcements were unique compared to other supermarkets, providing a refreshing change from the usual repetitive messages like "Introducing Lidl Plus!!!" ...
Samantha Davis (31/07/2025, 02:54):
I absolutely adore this spot for me food shopping needs, it trumps all other options out there. The prices are fabulous and I can almost always lay me hands on everything I be needing.
Aaron Miller (30/07/2025, 02:20):
Just imagine, Lidl and Aldi have everything at a lower price. For those on a tight budget, if you have the option, Lidl, Aldi, or Farm Foods cater to everyone's needs.
Gregory Long (29/07/2025, 22:35):
Neat and welcoming. The customer service was top-notch and very helpful when I needed assistance with a bulky display unit that I bought.
Joe Brooks (29/07/2025, 21:35):
The shelves were bare and what little "fresh" produce remained was spoiled, like the family-sized bags of tomatoes. There were no mushrooms, but to be honest, I prefer them fresh and creamy anyway.
Linda Murphy (23/07/2025, 10:50):
Extensive selection of top-notch goods available. Convenient parking and entrance for wheelchair users. Effective COVID safety measures implemented throughout the premises.
Scott Coleman (22/07/2025, 05:00):
Had a bit of a dodgy experience when I popped into the supermarket - seems they were running low on stock, and despite it not being very busy, there was still a typical wait for a checkout to become available as none were open. On top of that, they've gone and put in a car charger in the car park, but you won't believe this - they're asking for a £30 pre-charge before you can even start juicing up your ride. Talk about a total rip-off!
Jason Thompson (18/07/2025, 00:22):
Hand sanitizer available at the entrance, never too crowded, well-stocked shelves. They open more checkouts as needed so there are no long lines.
