I popped in over the weekend with my Mum and I must say, the service was absolutely top-notch. They really made my Mum feel like a queen and I am so excited to see her in her new dress. The customer service was truly exceptional, the ladies there went above and beyond to assist us. They were incredibly patient and had an amazing eye for fashion – my Mum fell in love with their dress selection which we would have never picked ourselves. Absolutely splendid store! Absolutely top-notch! A vast selection of Mother of The Bride outfits. Hats, handbags, shoes, dresses, you name it, they've got it all.
The staff is absolutely INCREDIBLE! They truly listen to your preferences and never pressure you into anything. At the same time, they are extremely attentive and offer honest advice on what looks best on you!

I recently scheduled an appointment at Frox of Falkirk to find a mother of the bride outfit. With the uncertainties brought by the lockdowns, I was quite anxious as the wedding date was set for July and my appointment was scheduled for May 1st. However, the shop assured me that everything would work out just fine and that I would find the perfect outfit for the wedding.
Upon visiting the shop, I had a specific idea in mind, but the staff encouraged me to try on other outfits as well. They were incredibly accommodating and once I made my decision, they even provided accessories to complement the outfit. I required some alterations and the shop promptly arranged for their dressmaker Linda to assist me, who did a fantastic job.
I am very impressed with everyone at the shop, they truly excel at what they do. The staff is friendly, professional, and adept at making customers feel comfortable. I will definitely be returning to the shop in the future. Thank you to all the staff for your exceptional service and for making the whole experience so enjoyable.

I fancied a browse in this boutique as I'm on the lookout for a "Mother of the Groom" ensemble for our son's July wedding. Upon entering, I was greeted by two rather disinterested shop attendants who showed little enthusiasm towards my inquiry. One of them even suggested I view outfits online before returning.
