Lovely variety of edibles and garments, quite the queues but to be anticipated with such a top-notch shop.
Kathryn Murphy (12/08/2025, 20:53):
I absolutely adore the wide array of fresh produce available at Supermarket, from the delectable bakery offerings to the vibrant fruits and vegetables. It's always a joy to feast my eyes on such a cornucopia of options, particularly during the holy month of Ramadhan.
Joe Ortiz (09/08/2025, 18:03):
Loads of lovely new items in the shop, loving the new hues as well. The cafe is top-notch, can't imagine my life without M&S. Cheers!

An excellent assortment of men's, women's, and children's clothing. Plus, a superb selection of home decor items and a delightful food hall. Complimentary parking available with easy access to various other shops and dining options.

Yesterday's bra fitting experience was absolutely brilliant. I booked online and when I arrived at the scheduled time, I was taken care of right away. Alexandria was incredibly helpful and dedicated a lot of time to ensure that everything fit perfectly. The store was pristine and well-organized.

It was the Sunday before Christmas, around 6:30pm. At many places, you can tell that people are starting to get tired of working. However, the customer service provided by Adnan was truly exceptional. Despite being busy, when I asked him a question, he calmly stepped out from behind the counter and explained exactly where I could find a specific product on the ground floor. His knowledge, ease, composure, and outstanding helpfulness were impeccable. It may not seem like much when written down, but it was simply perfect customer service!
Isabella Campbell (28/07/2025, 10:23):
I absolutely adore M&S, they consistently offer top-notch products at affordable prices. The Silverburn branch frequently hosts fantastic sales, and I've been able to score some truly incredible deals.
Sharon Perry (25/07/2025, 16:42):
The shelves are always fully stocked, with the staff being very polite and attentive. The quality of the food is exceptional, especially considering the prices.
Amelia Adams (25/07/2025, 01:17):
Aye, they might be a wee bit pricier; aye, they can give off a posh vibe; aye, they could be seen as shops for the well-off. But ye ken what? When I fancy some quality goods and a pleasant shopping experience, I just turn to the left, pass by Tesco Express, and head to M&S at Silverburn. The ambiance in the store, the warm welcome you receive, and even the tidy baskets (at least when I was there): What's not to love about the place? Besides, it's not that much dearer if you shop wisely. And let me tell ye about the bread, the freshly baked bread! If ye haven't tasted it yet, dinnae hesitate and do yourself a favor by paying a visit to M&S Silverburn next time you're picking up your Saturday night treats.
Riley Taylor (22/07/2025, 16:46):
The Food section at this market has top-notch produce, friendly staff, and great bang for your buck, especially if you mainly go for the deals.
Alan White (22/07/2025, 00:45):
Top-notch sarnies, cakes, and brews. The baristas might take their time, but they're as friendly as can be. Ideal spot for a speedy lunch on the go.
Paul Johnson (20/07/2025, 03:08):
I only managed to grab a quick snack as the supermarket was packed with Christmas shoppers, and I had already finished my shopping. Once I got home, I decided to order some items online, but I must say I do prefer the experience of shopping in person. There's just something about being able to wander around the store and check sizes that I find enjoyable. 👍
Janet Smith (17/07/2025, 22:10):
Visited the Silverburn Glasgow location and made a purchase of a couple of shirts that I am certain will meet my satisfaction. The gentleman at the checkout kindly reminded me to present my Sparks card, which uncovered a 20% discount for me. Appreciative of the excellent level of service and excited to sport my new shirts.
Daniel Price (17/07/2025, 13:27):
Terrible customer service experience in two departments at the supermarket. Firstly, in the collections department, the staff were casually chatting at the money counter about a trip to London while four of us waited to be served. Another staff member eventually came from the sales floor to assist us, but even when the chatty employee signed onto the system, she deliberately ignored us.
Secondly, in the self-scan area of the food hall, we waited while a staff member ran around the food department and ignored three of us who needed help.

This complete lack of customer care had a nonchalant and uncaring attitude. It's no surprise that I now prefer shopping at Aldi and Lidl, where customers are actually appreciated.
Jason Ramos (12/07/2025, 03:40):
Absolutely adore this shop, and Sarah in the men's department is simply fantastic. I'm planning a major shopping spree on Monday to take advantage of my birthday discount, which I had no idea existed. Cheers to Sarah for the tip!
Carolyn Clark (10/07/2025, 12:08):
The food hall has a great range of products to choose from, but the self checkouts could do with a bit more breathing space.
Megan Lopez (07/07/2025, 19:40):
I attempted to inquire about the availability of a product in-store as the website lacks this information, and thus dialed the store's phone number. The telephone system was quite unpleasant, continuously spouting nonsensical messages about checking stock online and issuing stern warnings against being rude to staff. It almost seemed as if they were trying to deter customers! Finally connected to the store's line, I discovered it was a national call center. Upon contacting the actual branch, I learned that their phone lines do not open until 5pm (!). The representative kindly agreed to call me back at 5pm to confirm the product's availability, which is indeed very helpful. I shall patiently await their call.
Harper Perez (05/07/2025, 06:42):
I have never been a fan of M&S, even at my age of 50+. It seems like their target audience is mostly older folks who dress in boring beige, definitely not my style. This particular location, which I believe is one of their newer stores, is poorly lit and tucked away at the far end of the mall, with a disorganized layout that can be quite confusing for first-time visitors.

After some searching, I managed to locate the food section, although its layout was quite counterintuitive. I made my purchases quickly and left as soon as possible.
Nicole Murphy (03/07/2025, 21:14):
The supermarket always appears so well-kept, the staff are friendly, and they have a great variety of products in stock.
Deborah Price (03/07/2025, 16:27):
Finding what you need is a breeze on this site.
